Whenever I take a photo, the boundary between my jaw and neck disappears. Would InMode or contouring injections be effective?
Hello. I am writing this inquiry because I am extremely stressed lately due to the double chin that bulges under my chin every time I take a photo.
It’s not that I’ve gained a significant amount of weight, but at some point, the boundary between my chin and neck started to disappear, and thick layers of fat began to form under my chin. It looks somewhat okay from the front, but when I look slightly down or check my profile in the mirror, my double chin is so prominent that it makes my impression look heavy and makes me look much fatter than I actually am. I find myself avoiding clothes with high necklines, and I get self-conscious every time I take off my mask, which is causing me a lot of stress.
I have consistently tried home care, massages, and lymphatic circulation exercises, but the sagging skin under my chin absolutely refused to go away on my own. Ultimately, I want to regain a sharp jawline with the help of dermatological procedures.
People around me often recommend contouring injections, InMode FX which destroys fat, or firming lifts like Shurink or Ulthera. However, for someone like me with thick fat under my chin, which procedure would be most effective? I would be very grateful if you could also let me know the treatment frequency and the approximate duration of the results!
