I have a bit of facial fat; would it be okay for me to get Shurink? I also have redness haha.

Lately, I'm so self-conscious about my face whenever I take pictures lol
My face is naturally on the fuller side, so when I take a frontal photo, my cheeks and chin look round.
Especially on days when I'm tired from working late, my face feels even more swollen, so there are times when I don't even want to take pictures lol.
So I'm looking into the Shrink Universe treatment at Maypure, and I'm wondering if it's suitable even for someone like me with some facial fat!
However, one more thing I'm worried about is facial flushing.
My cheeks tend to turn red easily, so I was a little worried about whether it would be okay to get a procedure that applies heat to my skin.
I understand that Shurink is a lifting procedure that uses ultrasound. Is there anything specific I need to check before the procedure for skin prone to redness?
Also, I am curious if the recommended treatment varies depending on whether the area I consider to be facial fat is actual fat or an issue with skin elasticity.
I don't want my face to look too gaunt, but I'd like it to have a slightly more refined look overall lol.
If I have facial flushing, would it be better to get a skin examination first before deciding on a lifting procedure?
