Please tell me how to manage my double chin, which is getting worse with work.
I am an office worker who sits in front of a computer all day. Lately, I am stressed because it looks like I have gained a lot of weight under my chin. It’s not like I’ve gained a lot of weight, but when I take photos, the boundary between my chin and neck is barely visible, and my double chin stands out especially when I tilt my head down slightly. I didn't used to care much about it, but recently, whenever I look at my profile, the area under my chin looks thick, so I keep becoming self-conscious of it.
Due to the nature of my job, I spend long hours sitting and tend to have poor posture, so I am wondering if these lifestyle habits are having an impact. I have tried massages and jaw stretches whenever I have a spare moment, but I haven't seen any noticeable changes. It feels like there are limits to what I can do with home care alone, so I am looking into dermatological procedures.
Would lifting procedures like InMode or Shurink be helpful for managing a double chin? Please advise on whether I should approach this by reducing submental fat or by improving skin elasticity. I am also curious if the choice of procedure differs depending on whether the double chin is caused by excess fat or by sagging skin.
It is difficult for me to take time off on weekdays, so I would prefer a procedure that minimizes disruption to my daily life. Please recommend treatments that do not cause prolonged swelling or bruising. It would be helpful for me to choose a procedure if you could let me know what kind of results I can expect from a single treatment, the duration of the effects, and the approximate cost.
