I sleep on my side and stomach. Is this sleeping position okay after a lifting procedure?

I have a habit of always sleeping on one side, haha. No matter how hard I try to lie flat on my back, I always wake up in the morning to find myself turned to the side. I also sleep with my face buried deep in the pillow, so I frequently get indentations on one side. ㅠㅠ

While looking into getting a skin lift, this sleeping position suddenly caught my attention.

I am worried that sleeping on my side on the day of the lift or for the first few days might apply pressure to my face, reducing the effectiveness of the procedure or causing the swelling and bruising to last longer. I’ve heard that people usually experience a sore or pulling sensation for a few days, and I’m also concerned that it might be more painful if it gets pressed.

Honestly, it's almost impossible to control your posture once you fall asleep, haha. For those of you who received the procedure, did you pay a lot of attention to your sleeping position afterward? I'm curious if you tried to maintain a proper posture, even if you had to force yourself, on the day of the procedure or for about a week.

I'm also curious if the habit of sleeping on only one side really affects facial asymmetry or sagging cheeks on one side! For those of you who consistently get lifting treatments, have you completely changed your sleeping position, or did you just take precautions for the first few days and then go back to sleeping normally? Please share some tips!
