For those of you who suffered from constipation or bloating while using Wigobi, how did you manage it?
I've been looking for reviews for days with the intention of getting a consultation for Wigobi, but I find myself reading reviews about side effects more intently than about weight changes lol.
I guess it's because I tend to be a scaredy-cat.
I noticed that the stories I saw particularly often were about feeling bloated or constipated.
I don't usually digest food very quickly, and I sometimes get constipated depending on my condition, so I am a little worried about this.
Are there any people among those who started Wigobi who originally had a sensitive digestive system?
I am also curious whether you experienced discomfort immediately after using it for the first time, or if you started noticing it after some time.
I'm also curious if the frequency of bathroom visits decreases as my food intake naturally declines, or if it actually becomes uncomfortable like constipation.
I've seen a lot of talk about how important it is to drink enough water, but I'm not sure how much attention I actually need to pay.
I don't usually drink much water, so if I start Wegobi, I think I'll have to change my lifestyle habits first.
Also, if it was fine at first but stomach discomfort worsened while using it, were there any cases where you consulted the place where you received the prescription to adjust the treatment method?
I don't think it's right to just endure the side effects and keep going, so I would like to know in advance how much discomfort I should seek counseling.
Before starting Wigobi, I just wanted to lose weight, but the more I look into it, the more I realize it's important to keep monitoring my body condition as I go along.
For those who have actually used it for several months or more, did you get used to the initial inconveniences over time?
If anyone else started Wigobi worrying about digestion or bathroom issues like me, please share your actual experiences. I'm curious to hear from both those who experienced discomfort and those who found it to be as manageable as expected.
