The breakouts around my chin get worse after shaving, and it's even worse now that the seasons are changing.

Hello, I am a male office worker.

Since I shave every day, I tend to get red breakouts frequently on my chin and around my mouth. Now that the weather has suddenly turned chilly and dry, my skin feels tight, the breakouts have gotten worse, and I'm even getting itchy, which is really bothering me.

I suspected it might be razor burn, so I tried switching my toner and lotion and diligently applying moisturizer, but it seems I’ve developed typical dehydrated oily skin—oily on the surface yet tight underneath. My skin concerns during this transitional season are immense, and I’m wondering what kind of treatment is typically needed to improve acne and marks around my chin. Should I get a skin booster, or should I focus on specialized acne treatments or laser therapy? I would appreciate advice from those with experience or knowledgeable dermatologists.

면도만 하고 나면 턱 주변 트러블이 심해지는데 환절기라 더 심하네요.
