I'm worried because of persistent toe eczema.

지속되는 발가락 습진때문에 고민이에요 ㅜ0ㅜ

Hello. I am writing to inquire about an accurate diagnosis and treatment methods as I am experiencing significant discomfort due to eczema between my toes that has persisted for a long time.

Initially, the area between the toes was only slightly itchy and dry, but as time passed, symptoms of redness, chafing, and blisters have been recurring. In particular, the itching worsens when sweating or after washing, leading to involuntary scratching; this causes the skin to peel, ooze fluid, or cause pain.

I have tried applying over-the-counter eczema ointments, but they only provide temporary relief and keep recurring, making it difficult to determine the exact cause, whether it is a fungal infection such as athlete's foot (tinea pedis) or contact/dyshidrotic eczema.

I would like to know what diagnostic procedures, such as the KOH test, will be performed when visiting the hospital, and how long the treatment with prescribed medication or topical ointment takes. Additionally, I would appreciate your advice on foot care methods and precautions to follow in my daily life.
