The forehead filler filled in well, so isn't the result bad?

My wish is to be able to wear my hair pulled back, so I'm looking for reviews on forehead fillers to add some natural dimension to my forehead.
However, I've read that if the forehead filler is injected incorrectly, it can migrate down towards the glabella or eyebrows, or become soft and bumpy, so finding a clinic with skilled technicians is my biggest concern. When determining the forehead filler volume, is it generally safe to apply a thin layer of about 3 to 4cc to avoid an excessive amount? Or are there specific types of domestic or imported fillers that adhere tightly to the bone?
Aside from the pain during the procedure, I am curious how many days side effects last after getting forehead fillers, such as a heavy, dull pain above the eyebrows or between the eyebrows, or a throbbing headache!
