How do you break down hair loss treatment costs into a long-term budget and essential/optional items?

I am a 35-year-old woman looking for a consultation due to concerns about hair loss. I have not yet received any medical treatment or procedures, and I would like to know how to compare long-term costs before deciding on a treatment method. When inquiring about hair loss treatment costs, could you please provide a breakdown of the initial consultation fee, examination fees, medication costs (if prescription is required), and scalp care services provided at the clinic?

I would also like to know if the initial quoted price is for a single visit or for a period of management. Since I believe that examinations and management may not be equally necessary for everyone, I would like to receive an explanation distinguishing between essential and optional items after the consultation. I would also like to ask if I may mention my budget first when establishing a hair loss treatment plan, and if it is possible to prioritize and proceed step-by-step.

Also, if I prefer to observe my progress before making a decision rather than paying for multiple sessions upfront, how should I estimate the total cost based on the follow-up intervals and re-evaluation timing? I would like to know when I will be notified of additional charges if the management method changes midway, and if there are separate fees for visits solely for explaining test results or checking on progress. It would be helpful for me to prepare if you could specifically inform me of the items I should check on the estimate during the hair loss treatment consultation and the costs that are not included.
