Do I replace the tip every time I use the Libby Hill Skin Booster?

I'm curious if they reuse tips that multiple people have used or replace them with new ones every time. Since they don't charge a tip, it seems like they might just keep reusing them. There is blood on them, so I'm wondering if they replace the tips.
