Exosomes for skin with large pores

I heard that exosomes are good for reducing inflammation and improving pores, so I'm thinking of getting them.

My skin is very thin and sensitive, so I am worried that the injection procedure might actually do me a bad job.

I am curious how long the embossing or bruising lasts after the procedure, and whether it will cause a reaction even for sensitive skin like mine.
