Is it worth getting a collagen booster before an important event?

I'm writing to ask if a collagen booster would be helpful before an important event. I have a photoshoot in about two months, so I'd like my skin to look a little less dry and firmer before then!! However, since a collagen booster doesn't seem to be a procedure that shows dramatic results the very next day, I'm not really sure when I should start.

My skin concerns are loss of elasticity in the cheeks, a sunken feeling around the nasolabial folds, and makeup flaking off.

How long does it usually take to feel the effects of a collagen booster? I'm wondering how many weeks in advance I should start taking it to fit into my schedule. I also want to know if I feel my condition improving after just one session, or if I need to receive at least two sessions to expect any results.

If there is redness or bruising after the procedure, should I allow a few days before the photoshoot? I am also wondering if you can determine the frequency and number of sessions based on the dates I mention during the consultation.
