Is laser treatment the answer for truly effective pore care?

I started feeling like the skin around my nose and cheeks was sagging, and my pores began to stretch out vertically instead of remaining round. Sob sob ㅠㅠㅠ I'm so panicked because every time I look in the mirror, it looks like there are gaping holes in my skin... No matter how meticulously I apply primer when doing my makeup, the uneven texture stands out and makes my skin look messy. I feel like I've gone beyond the stage where I can manage it with just cosmetics, so I've reached the threshold of seeking pore care treatments at a dermatology clinic. I've seen many reviews saying that lasers are the surefire way to treat vertical pores caused by loss of elasticity like mine. I understand the principle involves stimulating the skin with micro-needles or applying heat to encourage new skin growth, but I'm curious to see if the pores actually narrow noticeably and the skin texture becomes smoother after receiving the treatment.

Or would it be better to combine it with an injectable treatment like a skin booster to see the synergistic effect of pore care, where collagen fills in from within and tightens the pores? I've heard some people say that getting a laser treatment incorrectly just makes the skin sensitive with minimal results, so hmm...
