I started pore care in my late 30s. What is the most effective for controlling sebum and improving enlarged pores?

I’ve had oily skin since my school days, so it was always greasy. But now that I’m in my late 30s, not only is the sebum production decreasing, but my skin elasticity is also dropping, causing my pores to widen uncontrollably. When I wash my face in the morning and look in the mirror, the skin on my nose and cheeks looks bumpy like an orange peel. Ugh... I really need to get some pore care now. I’ve heard there are procedures that reduce oiliness by completely destroying the sebaceous glands, or procedures that strengthen the skin barrier to tighten the surface. I think I need to reduce sebum secretion itself to see a fundamental pore care effect, but on the other hand, I’m conflicted because I feel like I need to improve my skin elasticity as well to make the enlarged pores shrink.

I won't get this and that wrong and my skin will break out, right?

If anyone has purchased a pore care package at a dermatology clinic and seen dramatic results where wide and deep pores were tightly filled in, please share the procedure details.
