Concerns about pores in the butterfly zone of the face

The area around the nose where the pores are located is called the butterfly zone, right? The pores in this area are getting bigger day by day. Also, it is worse on the right side than the left. Do you have any recommended treatments? I am upset because my makeup doesn't apply well. Since it is summer, my pores produce a lot of sebum and seem to be stretching out more, which looks unsightly and is a concern. I've heard that skin boosters are good, but it is hard to make a decision because there are so many types and I hear they have many side effects. Is Botox ineffective for pores? If you have ever tried skin Botox, skin boosters, or any other treatments that are good for pores, I would appreciate your recommendations.
