I'm bothered by the fine lines that appear around my eyes when I smile. Would it be a good time to start using a skin booster?
I was a bit shocked while organizing my photos.
I didn't notice it when I had a neutral expression, but when I zoomed in on a photo of me smiling, I realized there were more fine lines under and next to my eyes than I thought haha. They aren't deep wrinkles, but should I describe it as the skin folding thinly?
It’s not that there were absolutely no wrinkles when I smiled in my old photos, but in my recent ones, it feels like the skin itself folds a bit weakly.
At first, I thought it was just because it was dry.
So I started applying eye cream diligently again and paid a lot of attention to moisturizing haha. It is definitely better than on dry days, but it doesn't really get rid of the fine lines that appear when I smile.
I briefly considered Botox, but since I want to manage my skin to be firmer rather than just reducing facial expressions, I am more interested in skin boosters.
Would a skin booster be okay for me in my case as well?
I am particularly curious if it is possible to treat areas with thin skin, such as under the eyes. I am also unsure if the treatment is applied uniformly to the entire face, or if it is possible to focus more intensively on the eye area where I have concerns.
Also, for those of you who have received skin boosters for fine lines, what kind of changes did you actually see? Rather than feeling like the wrinkles disappeared, should I expect the skin to feel more hydrated and firm, making the lines less noticeable? Haha.
I think I would be satisfied with just that much.
It's stressful when concealer settles into the fine lines under my eyes when I apply makeup, so I'm curious if there are any people who say this has gotten less of a problem.
Also, I've heard that the area around the eyes hurts more than other parts, so I'm a little scared haha. Even if I apply plenty of numbing cream, is the pain around the eyes usually quite a bit?
I'm also curious about swelling. Even a little swelling under the eyes is very noticeable, you know. I want to know if there are cases where the eyes look swollen the day after receiving the skin booster, or if the embossing lingers for a long time.
I don't have deep wrinkles yet, so I'm thinking it might be good to start taking care of it now, but I'm also wondering if I really need to get injections already, so I'm going back and forth haha.
Are there any others out there who, like me, started using skin boosters because of fine lines around the eyes or skin elasticity? I would appreciate your honest feedback on how many sessions it took you to be most satisfied, and whether there was a difference significant enough to make you want to continue using them consistently.
