[Skin Booster] I have severe internal dryness and roughness in early winter. Which treatment would be a better fit for me, Exosomes or Reliides?

I am concerned because my skin has become extremely dry and rough lately as the temperature drops close to below freezing in the mornings and evenings. Even though I usually apply plenty of moisturizing cream and use hydrating masks frequently, by the afternoon, I can feel my cheeks tightening severely and my skin texture becoming rough. I am looking into getting a skin booster treatment, and I am writing to inquire which would be more effective for my skin condition: the Liviheal Exosome, which is popular at Maypure, or the Reliide Water Glow Skin Booster. Would Exosomes be better for balancing oil and moisture and strengthening the skin barrier, or would Reliide be more suitable for immediate hydration and a water glow effect? I would also like to know how long the downtime typically lasts after the procedure, such as for embossing marks, bruising, or swelling. Please also let me know how many sessions you recommend and at what intervals. I have attached a photo of my skin as well.
