Is it possible for the skin to feel dry after receiving a skin booster?

The reason I am looking into skin boosters is because of dryness, but after reading reviews, I saw some people say their skin actually felt tight immediately after the procedure, so I am a little worried.
I'm the type of person whose skin gets tight quickly if I don't apply moisturizer right after washing my face.
Since I get the skin booster treatment for its moisturizing properties, I thought my skin would feel comfortable from the start, but it seems the effects don't appear immediately.
I am wondering if it is possible to feel tightness or dryness more than usual immediately after the procedure as the skin becomes sensitive.
In that case, should I be a little more careful when applying my usual moisturizer during that period?
I have a habit of applying various serums and creams because I get anxious when my skin is dry, but I think it might actually be more comfortable to reduce the number of products after the procedure.
Are there people who reapply moisturizer multiple times during the first few days after receiving a skin booster?
Or I am wondering if basic moisturizing is sufficient without touching it too much.
Also, I’d like to know if you’ve ever had the experience of feeling a little dry at first, but then your skin actually becoming more moisturized after a few days or weeks.
I'm okay with not seeing any changes the very next day, but if I get a feeling contrary to what I initially expected, I feel like I might have failed for no reason, so I want to know in advance.
For those of you who have tried skin boosters for dry skin, please honestly tell me about the initial changes you experienced.
