I tend to get skin massages often, but since I've received the skin booster, wouldn't it be better not to do them for a while?

피부 마사지 자주 하는 편인데 스킨부스터 받고는 한동안 안 하는 게 낫겠죠?

I have a habit of massaging my skin with my hands before bed haha. I don't massage it really hard, but I like to apply cream and gently press or stroke it.

I sometimes use Gua Sha, and I'm wondering if I should take a break from this habit for a while if I get a skin booster.

I feel like pressing or rubbing my skin repeatedly with my hands right after using a skin booster might be burdensome, so I plan to just apply a light amount of cream for a few days.

But I'm not sure when I can go back to my usual massage routine once my skin looks better on the surface haha.

I tend to massage for quite a long time, especially before bed, to reduce swelling, so it has completely become a habit.

I'm actually more worried that I might unconsciously touch my face like usual even after getting the skin booster lol

I think it would be best to avoid touching it as much as possible for the first few days, but I am curious if there are people who do a regular massage after about a week.

Also, while consistently receiving skin boosters, would it be better to completely reduce gua sha or strong-pressure massages?

For those of you who enjoy facial massages like me, how do you combine them with skin boosters?

Please let me know if you changed your massage habits for post-procedure care, or if you took a break for a certain period and then resumed it!
