I finally got the LDM Waterdrop Lifting after work yesterday haha. I'm leaving a review today!!
Is everyone taking good care of their skin? Haha. As soon as I got off work yesterday, I went to the dermatologist I had booked in advance and finally got that famous LDM Waterdrop Lift. ㅠㅠ I think it's because I've been working overtime so often and under so much stress lately; my skin tone turned completely muddy and looked so dull that home care just wasn't enough to handle it anymore. I was so upset because I felt like I was looking older every time I looked in the mirror, so I finally bit the bullet and paid for it. Haha.
Actually, I have had treatments like Shurink and InMode a few times before. The results were good, but it hurt so much every time that I almost shed a tear. So this time, I was desperately looking for a procedure that wouldn't cause pain and would allow me to return to my daily life immediately. I chose LDM because I heard it is non-irritating and good for sensitive skin. When I went to the clinic for a consultation with the director, he told me that my skin is currently severely dehydrated and has some redness, so it would be best to go into regeneration mode.
I lay down in the treatment room for a cleanse, and the procedure began in earnest. Oh my, I'm not exaggerating at all, there wasn't a single ounce of pain lol. They just applied a warm gel and massaged my face with a machine; I could barely feel any vibration, and it was so pleasantly warm that I drifted off to sleep before I knew it ㅠㅠ I was a little embarrassed, though, wondering if I snored haha. It seemed to last about 15 to 20 minutes, and I felt so healed the whole time.
After finishing everything and even applying the soothing mask, I looked in the mirror and my face was literally glowing haha. My skin usually felt hollow and dry from the inside, but when I touched it, I could immediately feel how firm and plump it had become, as if the ampoule had been fully filled deep within. The redness had subsided a lot, and my complexion felt clearer, so I was super satisfied just looking in the mirror haha. When I did my makeup for work this morning, the foundation didn't cake at all and adhered perfectly, so I felt the best.
Of course, it doesn't provide a dramatic lifting effect that dramatically lifts your facial contours, but I think there's nothing better for when you have an important appointment coming up or need an emergency fix because your skin condition is at its worst. ㅠㅠ My skin felt instantly hydrated after just one session, so I'm considering getting it consistently about once a month. Haha. Please recommend some effective and painless dermatological treatments!! Next time, if my wallet is a bit more shaky, I'd like to try something different. Hehe.
