Hi, could anyone tell me how the point system works? I know we earn points after each clinic visit, and they have an expiration date. But how can I look at my points in Kakao and know how much money it's worth? Thank you everyone!

Hello, Customer!

If you have 1,000 or more MediCash points, you can use them to deduct from the treatment cost in increments of 100. Please note that the points must be used within 6 months (180 days) from the date of accumulation.

Please note that points can only be used at the branch where they were originally earned.

You can check your balance separately on the Cashdoc app. However, remaining points cannot be checked on this website. Please contact the branch you visited or inquire via the KakaoTalk [Maypure Clinic] channel. Thank you.
