Is it also okay for the small bumps that appear after using sunscreen that treats acne?

I use sunscreen every day to protect myself from UV rays, but sometimes the area around my cheeks feels stuffy and I get small, pimple-like bumps, so I am looking into acne treatments.

It is difficult to tell if the problem is the sunscreen or if my skin is naturally prone to accumulating sebum or dead skin cells. However, I can't just skip UV protection, so I am struggling to decide how to choose products and manage my skin.

Can I expect effective acne treatment on this type of skin? I am also wondering if the issue of clogged pores caused by cosmetics can be addressed during the acne treatment. My cheeks tend to dry out easily, so using only lightweight products makes them feel tight, while using highly moisturizing products can sometimes feel a bit stuffy.

Even if I receive acne treatment, could similar skin troubles recur if I do not change my usual sunscreen and cleansing routine? I would also like to know if I can be advised on the appropriate formulation or usage method after my skin condition is assessed. I want to maintain both UV protection and acne management while minimizing irritation to my cheeks.
