Square jaw Botox cheek hollowing

I have been getting square jaw Botox every 1-2 years for almost 10 years.

Is that why my cheeks look hollow... or were they naturally made this way?

I have fairly prominent jaw muscles, so I would like to get injections, but is it possible to get them without leaving a hollow in my cheek?
