How can I distinguish between fine lines caused by internal dryness and expression lines during a consultation?

I am preparing for my first Botox consultation due to internal skin dryness and loss of elasticity. Rather than deciding on a specific product or price right away, I would like to first find out what actual changes are possible for my skin.
I am curious if, during the consultation, you check my expression separately when I am neutral and when I am making facial expressions to distinguish whether the fine lines are caused by dryness or wrinkles resulting from muscle movement. If the fine lines are due to internal dryness and are difficult to improve with Botox, do you recommend moisturizing care first instead of a risky procedure?
Balance with surrounding muscles seems particularly important for the forehead and glabella, so I am curious about the diagnostic criteria that take eyebrow movements into account. Is it possible to set a narrow range initially to avoid making facial expressions look unnatural?
Please share any tips I should mention during a consultation to avoid the phenomenon of heavy eyelids, such as the habit of opening the eyes with the strength of the forehead!
