Square jaw Botox inquiry

Last time, I got square jaw Botox at Maypure and my face turned peanut-shaped, but it returned to its original shape a few months later as the effects wore off. If I get it again this time, will it become peanut-shaped again? Or does it depend on the doctor's skill? My face didn't turn peanut-shaped when I received injections multiple times at Maypure in the past.
