I'm worried about hollowness in the sides of my cheeks. Would fillers be a good option?

I am often told that my face looks like a skull, so I get very stressed every time I look in the mirror. In particular, the area below my side cheekbones is deeply sunken, making my impression look gloomy. Is it possible to create a sufficiently smooth line with fillers in this case? Since I have slightly prominent cheekbones, I am worried that if the filling is done incorrectly, my face might look even bigger. I would like to know if fillers are recommended for people with a bone structure like mine.

I saw on YouTube that with the procedure to fill in hollows in the cheeks, you can see immediate volume. I am curious about the satisfaction level of those who have actually received the treatment, and whether there is any risk of the filler migrating or sagging.

I want to be treated to naturally fill in only the sunken areas without overdoing it, so that it looks like my original face shape... ㅜㅜ Will I be able to return to my daily life immediately after the filler procedure without any downtime? I would like to receive a filler design that perfectly suits my face shape after a thorough consultation.
