How do you all schedule your square jaw Botox injections?

Maybe it's because I like chewy food, but I feel like my jaw muscles flare up again quickly.
I am getting Botox regularly, but how often should I schedule the injections for my muscles to shrink nicely? For me, it seems like they return to their original state after about 4 months.
I'm worried because I've heard that getting Botox too often leads to resistance. Do you all share similar concerns? I'm wondering if I should switch to a product that doesn't cause resistance. Please share some tips on how often you visit the clinic.
