How satisfied are those of you who have received Botox?

I have a pretty severe square jaw, so I've been worried that my impression looks harsh. I've finally decided to bite the bullet and get Botox! I'm writing this post because I'm curious about how satisfied everyone is after getting it. Do people around you tell you your face looks smaller or ask if you've lost weight after getting it? I think if the muscles shrink a bit, my impression might look softer than it does now... but honestly, since it's my first time, I'm really worried about potential side effects. Please feel free to share any discomfort you experienced after getting Botox, or conversely, any experiences where you were extremely satisfied! I really need some real reviews.
