Has anyone tried Skin Botox? Is there a big difference compared to regular Botox?

Hello~ Lately, my skin feels saggy overall, and I'm really worried because my makeup doesn't go on as smoothly as it used to. ㅠㅠ My deep wrinkles aren't extremely severe, but when I smile or make facial expressions, fine lines become more visible, and my pores seem to stand out more for no reason. In particular, the skin texture around my nose and cheeks isn't as smooth as it used to be, so it stresses me out every time I do my base makeup.

So recently, I learned about something called Skin Botox, instead of regular Botox. At first, I thought it was just the same thing, but I heard that instead of shrinking the muscles themselves, it is injected shallowly into the surface of the skin to help with pores, fine lines, and oil control. I saw a lot of reviews saying the skin feels firmer and makeup applies better, so I became really curious about it.

What I'm looking for isn't a dramatic, sudden change in my face, but rather refinement of skin texture and subtle improvements in elasticity, so I think it would be a good fit. However, I'm hesitant because some people have mentioned having ambiguous results. I'm also wondering if it doesn't provide the kind of definite changes seen with regular Botox.

I'm also curious if getting skin Botox makes my facial expressions look awkward or if it's uncomfortable when I smile. Since "Botox" is in the name, I'm 괜히 worried haha. For me, a natural look is the most important thing.
