[Procedure Question] I am debating between fillers and thread lifting because of my nasolabial folds.
Lately, I’ve reached the point where I hate looking in the mirror because the nasolabial folds deepen every time I smile. It seems the wrinkles are becoming more pronounced as I lose elasticity with age. To address this, would fillers be better, or would a thread lift be more effective? I've heard that fillers are good because they provide immediate plumping, but I'm worried they might sag or shift over time. On the other hand, I think a thread lift would provide a more natural tightening effect, but I'm curious about the pain level and the duration of the results.
If anyone has undergone treatment for nasolabial folds and was highly satisfied with a particular method, please let me know! My biggest concern is whether my facial expressions will look awkward after the procedure. It is so difficult to decide because every clinic recommends different things. I desperately need advice from those who have actually experienced this!
