How often do you usually schedule your filler treatments?

Lately, every time I look in the mirror, the sunken areas on my cheeks and nasolabial folds stand out so much that it's stressing me out. As I get older, I can definitely see the loss of elasticity and volume, so I am seriously considering getting filler injections.

Since there is a community event going on right now, I am writing this post to ask for other members' opinions. I am curious about how long the effects of volume-enhancing procedures like fillers last after a single injection. I know it varies depending on individual constitution and aftercare, but do you have any tips on how people typically manage their filler injection schedules?

Since this is my first time getting it, I'm worried it might wear off quickly, but I'm also concerned that getting it too often might make it look excessive. I want to add volume naturally and maintain it for a long time, so it would be a huge help in making a decision if you could let me know whether periodic touch-ups are essential or if it's better to get it filled in before it completely wears off.
