May I ask about the recommended number of Botox sessions and the effects?

Perhaps because I have a habit of clenching my teeth, my jaw muscles are quite developed. I definitely feel that the more angular my jawline looks, the stronger my impression seems, so a dermatologist even recommended Botox. However, since I am new to this, I am not sure how to manage it, so I would like to ask for your advice.

First, I would like to know the recommended number of Botox treatments. How many intensive sessions should I receive initially for the effects to properly settle, and what is the appropriate maintenance frequency afterward? I have heard that if the intervals are too long, the muscles regenerate and the effects are halved; I would like to know if this is actually the case. I would also like to know if the recommended number of treatments varies depending on the area being treated.

I would also like to ask about the effectiveness of Botox. I am curious about when changes start to be noticeable after the first injection, and how satisfied those who received it for square jaw correction were. I would also appreciate it if you could share any tips that first-time patients might find helpful!
