Considering a natural-looking filler procedure

I am looking into fillers for the first time. Since I am a man, I am worried that if I get it done, it might end up looking too artificial.
If someone wants to get fillers that look natural enough to make even frequent visitors notice an improvement, which areas would you usually recommend starting with?
I am curious about the area men are most satisfied with among the glabella, under-eyes, and jawline. Also, since I commute to work, I would like to minimize swelling and bruising after getting fillers. How long does it usually take for the swelling to subside? I would appreciate it if you could also briefly explain the aftercare and precautions.

    자연스럽게 하려면 처음에는 소량 필러로 시작하는 것도 괜찮은 것 같아요.
괜히 과하게 넣는 것보다 살짝 볼륨만 살아도 분위기 달라보이더라고요.
