I'm thinking of getting Botox for the first time. Is there a specific type of person you would recommend it for? :)

I've been hearing so much talk about Botox around me lately that I'm slowly starting to get interested myself, haha. In the past, it felt like something only celebrities or people who take good care of themselves did, but these days, I've noticed there are actually quite a few people who take care of themselves really naturally!!

I've seen a lot of talk about how Botox works well, especially for people whose faces look big due to jaw muscles. Since I have a habit of clenching my teeth and tend to put a lot of force into my jaw, I'm wondering if it would be okay for me :) There are days when my jaw feels stiff when I wake up in the morning, so I'm curious if getting Botox might help alleviate that as well ^^

But then again, some people say I'm not a candidate for Botox, and I'm curious why that is. ㅠㅠ I wonder if the effects vary significantly depending on face shape or muscle condition... When I read reviews, some people say the results were dramatic, while others say there wasn't as much change as they expected, so I'm really conflicted. lol

Also, I heard that getting Botox can make your facial expressions look awkward, so I was a little scared!! I’d prefer it just to naturally refine my face lines, but I’m worried that if I get too much injected, my smile might look unnatural haha. Still, I keep getting interested because I heard that if it’s done well, it reduces stress when taking photos :)

I heard that the Botox procedure takes a short time, so is the recovery relatively quick as well? I heard that many office workers get it during their lunch break, so I wondered if it might be a simpler procedure than I thought!! There are also a lot of places running promotions these days, so it feels like it has become even more common lol.

If anyone has tried Botox for the first time, please let me know how satisfied you were ^^ I'm also curious about the most important things to look for when getting it for the first time haha
