Can I exercise right after getting Botox?!!

I'm thinking about getting Botox for the first time, and I have so many questions haha. Since I usually exercise almost every day, my biggest concern is whether I can work out right after getting the injection!!

I looked it up and saw that some people say to avoid saunas or strenuous exercise on the day you get Botox, but I don't really understand why. I also saw a post saying that sweating a lot can cause the Botox to spread, and I'm curious if that's true. :) I'm worried that if I exercise without knowing, the effects might wear off.

Also, I've heard a lot of people say to be careful about drinking alcohol for a few days after getting Botox, so I'm curious to know how strictly everyone else manages their routines!! I often have plans with friends, so I think coordinating schedules is more important than I thought haha.

As I kept reading Botox reviews, I saw many people saying the procedure itself finished quickly and the pain was less than expected, so I felt a bit relieved about that part ^^ However, since bruising and swelling vary from person to person, I'm debating whether or not to get it done before an important appointment!!

I've heard a lot of people say to avoid hard foods, especially after getting jaw Botox, so I'm curious just how careful I need to be :) I really love dried squid and nuts, so I found it funny wondering if I wouldn't be able to eat them for a while lol. It seems like lifestyle habits have quite a bit of an impact on how long the Botox lasts!!

Still, when I hear people around me say their facial lines look more defined after getting Botox, I honestly get tempted haha. If it turns out to be natural and not too obvious, I’d like to give it a try too!! If anyone has had Botox recently, please let me know what precautions I should take regarding exercise or daily life ^^
