I'm thinking of trying fillers. It should be effective, right?

I recently had an important shoot, so I had to take photos and videos. I didn't notice it in person, but on screen—perhaps due to the lighting or something—my facial contours looked blurry and spread out flat. It’s a shame that the boundaries of my features don't look as distinct, so I’m wondering if I should try fillers to define my lines and bring out some dimensionality in front of the camera. Would it be effective?

Rather than heavily filling specific areas with filler, I would like a smooth connection just enough to create natural shadows on my face when illuminated. I am wondering if you can design a beautiful design with lines that suit me.

Also, since I tend to have frequent photo shoots or meetings, would the bruising or marks that appear after fillers be easily covered with makeup?
