I'm hesitating about getting Botox for my forehead and around my eyes because I'm worried my facial expressions might look awkward.
I'm thinking about getting Botox, but since it's my first time, I'm honestly more scared.
Lately, I’ve started to worry about my forehead wrinkles and fine lines around my eyes. They aren't very deep yet, but I keep noticing them forming in the mirror when I smile or make facial expressions. People around me say that Botox is effective for preventing wrinkles, but I'm not sure if it can improve them even if they have already formed to some extent.
My biggest concern is that my facial expression might look stiff or awkward—like what is commonly referred to as a "mannequin" look. I am very curious to know if getting injections around the eyes or on the forehead helps maintain a natural expression, how long the effects last, and whether I need to keep getting them once I start to maintain the results. Since it is my first time, I have absolutely no idea about the appropriate areas or dosage, so I would like to ask if these aspects can be addressed during the consultation.
Since this is my first time receiving this, I don't know much about it and have asked a lot of questions. I would be very grateful if you could kindly explain it to me.
