How should I care for the forehead and glabella Botox I received in October until my next treatment?
I received Botox injections for my forehead and frown lines in early October and have been satisfied with the results so far. I plan to continue getting treatments every 3 to 4 months, so I am asking this question because I am curious about what I should pay attention to in between. The photo is a close-up of my skin.
As the weather gets drier, the texture of my forehead skin feels rough, so I want to take care of my skin condition as well, separate from the effects of Botox.
First, are there any lifestyle habits I should avoid to maintain the effects of Botox for a long time? I am curious about things I need to pay attention to, such as saunas or exercise.
Second, I heard that resistance can develop if the same area is injected repeatedly. What should I check during the next consultation?
Third, I would like to know if it is okay to receive treatments like skin boosters or toning on the area where I received Botox, and if so, how long I should leave between the treatments.
I would be really grateful if those of you who are getting Botox regularly could also share your aftercare tips!
I will be sure to refer to your response for the next consultation. Thank you!
Everyone, please take good care of your skin during the changing seasons!

- 01CommentsSince wrinkles around the mouth are in an area that moves a lot when speaking or smiling, I imagine you are most concerned about whether your facial expressions will look natural after the procedure. The choice between Botox and fillers depends on the cause of the wrinkles, so I recommend consulting with a doctor to compare recovery times and lasting effects.560026.10.30
