My skin is a mess after working overtime and not getting enough sleep. Inquiry regarding Botox.
I'm seriously so stressed out because of my skin these days.
My workload suddenly increased significantly since the beginning of the year. Since I was working overtime almost every day, my sleep time decreased, and even when I did sleep, there were many days when I couldn't get a deep sleep. On top of that, I was skipping meals on time and making do with spicy delivery food more often. Perhaps because all of that accumulated, my skin started to look strange.
At first, I thought my skin just looked a bit dull, but after about a month, breakouts started appearing along my jawline and cheeks. My skin wasn't actually that sensitive to begin with. I realized this is what adult acne is, and even though I switched entirely to non-irritating products to soothe it, the breakouts just kept coming back. I seriously feel like my mental state is crumbling along with it.
Would getting Botox treatments at a dermatology clinic help with these kinds of adult skin troubles? I suspect my lifestyle habits might be the cause, but I’d like to try it if it helps stabilize my skin condition quickly. I would be really grateful for any advice from someone who knows what kind of skincare routine would be effective to start with!
