Lately, my lips have lost a lot of elasticity and are getting wrinkled.

I am concerned because I can see the vertical and horizontal wrinkles becoming deep and fine. My lip color also seems to be getting duller, and most of all, although I like wearing matte lipsticks or tints, the makeup gets stuck in the wrinkles and flakes off messily like dead skin, so I just can't bring myself to apply them.

I have absolutely no desire to blindly increase the volume of my lips. I simply want to smooth out fine lines and add a natural vitality, much like giving moisture to lips that have shriveled up like deflated balloons. Do many people get lip fillers for wrinkle improvement purposes like I do?

I am a bit worried about the side effects. Does it cause a lot of swelling? I am also curious about everyone's satisfaction levels.
