Hello. I am a member in my 30s considering making some changes to my chin, between my eyebrows, and around my eyes. I am hesitant about plastic surgery because I am afraid of the side effects and the recovery period is too long. However, I became interested in "petit" procedures like fillers and Botox because I heard they are relatively simple and do not interfere with daily life at all. But I have heard from others that while the procedure itself is convenient, the results are not permanent, so periodic maintenance is essential.

So, I have a question: on average, how long do the effects of a filler and Botox treatment usually last after a single session? I am curious if the duration of the effects varies significantly depending on the product ingredients, individual constitution, or muscle mass. Also, to maintain the initial beautiful shape for a long time, I would like to know roughly how much time needs to pass before the effects completely wear off for a touch-up.
