My face looks exhausted every time I make a facial expression... I honestly want to know about the effectiveness of Botox and how long the results last.
Lately, whenever I take photos, the first thing I notice is wrinkles around my eyes and between my eyebrows, so I find myself constantly searching for information about Botox. I used to just brush it off, thinking, "It's probably just because I have expressive facial features," but since they can't be covered up even with makeup these days, it really bothers me. I know that Botox is a procedure that smooths out wrinkles by reducing muscle movement, but I am most curious about how natural the actual effects are and whether it will leave a stiff, unnatural look. I looked it up and found that the effects of Botox appear about 3 to 7 days after the procedure, and are most visible around two weeks later.
Also, most clinics seem to state that the effects of Botox last about 3 to 6 months, but I am confused because I've also heard that it varies significantly depending on the area. I would like to try a light dose of Botox only on my glabella, forehead, and around my eyes. I would like to know which areas are best to start with a small amount for my first treatment, and if I feel comfortable after one session, whether it is okay to continue treatments at intervals of a few months, taking the duration of the effect into account. Above all, I really dislike the feeling of my facial expressions disappearing completely, so I am curious if the effects can be adjusted naturally, and how I should plan the dosage and injection sites. Could I also be advised on a realistic cost range for a single Botox session?
