I'm considering fillers.

Hello! I am writing this because I am seriously considering getting fillers. Many of my acquaintances have seen dramatic results from getting fillers, so I am seriously contemplating the procedure myself, but it is so hard to make a decision. People around me recommend it, saying that changes happen quickly and you can return to your daily life immediately. However, when I actually search online for reviews or side effects, I get worried. My biggest concerns are the duration of the effect and potential side effects. It seems that fillers aren't a one-time thing; you eventually need multiple injections to see long-term results. But the more information I find, the more the side effects stand out. They say you can get a dissolving injection if you aren't satisfied after the procedure, but I wonder if even that is truly safe. Are there any others who agonized over getting fillers like I did? I would appreciate advice from those with experience!
