Does the effectiveness of Botox differ as much as the price difference between domestic and imported products?

I've been increasingly self-conscious about my square jaw and frown lines, so I'm looking into getting a procedure for the first time in my life. However, there are so many types of Botox products, and the price differences are much greater than I expected, making it difficult to choose.

It seems like products are largely divided into domestic and imported brands, but I don't really have a sense of the approximate average price range for Botox or which one I should choose. I've heard that imported products are less likely to cause resistance and last longer,

Is the difference in effectiveness or safety between domestic and foreign products actually significant enough to justify paying the high price for Botox?

Since this is my first procedure, I am debating whether it would be okay to start with a domestic product to reduce the cost, or if I should use an imported one from the beginning.
