Is the effect of Botox certain?

My jaw muscles are particularly developed, making my face look very wide and flat from the front. I don't particularly like eating squid or chewing gum, but perhaps due to a habit of grinding my teeth while sleeping, the muscles under my chin are tightly knotted. I was wondering if I should get contouring injections or laser lifting, but I heard that Botox is the most effective way to reduce muscle mass and create an oval face shape. If I can refine my face shape by reducing this tough muscle mass with just one injection, I want to go right away. I am waiting for practical answers from those with experience regarding whether getting Botox on a square jaw actually reduces the effort required for chewing, and whether there is any sagging skin after the muscle is lost.
