Is the change significant enough that people around you notice it immediately after getting fillers?

I've been looking into fillers lately because I want to make a slight change to my face, and my biggest concern is naturalness. Honestly, I do want to look prettier, but I'm hesitant about it looking too obvious.

I keep getting interested because so many people in the reviews say they were really satisfied, but I'm also curious if there is actually enough change for people around me to notice immediately. Since I work and meet people often, hearing that my face has suddenly changed is a bit overwhelming for me, haha.

On the other hand, I've seen reviews saying that the results are so natural that only the individual is satisfied. I would like to know what it is actually like. For those of you who have had fillers, did your family or friends notice first? Or was the reaction just that your face looked good?

I have also heard that there is swelling immediately after the procedure, so I am wondering how many days it takes for the results to look natural. I would appreciate it if you could let me know how much time I should allow if I have an important schedule.
