I am wondering if getting fillers in just one spot generally leads to high satisfaction.

When looking into fillers, my biggest dilemma is deciding where to get them done first. Treating my entire face at once feels overwhelming, and I really want to try just one area first before making a decision.
However, looking at the reviews, I saw that some people only had their cheeks treated, others only their nasolabial folds improved, and many only their chin or lips treated, so I became curious about which option yields the highest satisfaction.
I don't want to drastically change my face; I just want to naturally enhance the areas that need improvement. So, I would like to know if getting fillers in just one area can change my overall impression.
By any chance, was there a specific area you were most satisfied with when you first got fillers? I'm also curious if you would choose the same area again if you could go back in time.
I would also like to know if it is possible to be recommended for fillers in areas other than the ones I had originally planned during a consultation. I am concerned that the expert's perspective on my face might differ from my own.
I would be very grateful if those of you with filler experience could share the area you had treated first and your level of satisfaction. I would also appreciate any advice that would be helpful for someone just starting out.
