Do you recommend salivary gland Botox and contouring injections for the bulging skin under the ears and to tone down the cheek fat?
I am concerned because the area under my ears and jaw is particularly bulging; whenever I take photos from the front or the side, my lower jawline looks too fat and my face appears large. At first, I thought it was just fat, so I tried dieting diligently, but the bulge under my ears did not go away at all. I looked it up and found that this could be due to enlarged salivary glands.
I also want to address my sagging cheeks and double chin, so I am considering getting both parotid salivary gland Botox and fat-dissolving contouring injections at Maypure. For someone like me, whose lower face appears wide due to salivary gland enlargement and jowl fat rather than muscle or bone structure issues, would this combination of injections be highly effective?
I would like to hear opinions from those who have experienced this, wondering if there are any issues after the procedure such as severe dry mouth due to reduced saliva production or discomfort when chewing food, and if it usually takes a few weeks for noticeable changes to appear.
