I'm considering fillers or Botox for my neck wrinkles. Would they be effective?

Hello. Lately, I've been really stressed because every time I look in the mirror, my neck wrinkles seem to have become so distinct. It keeps bothering me because the wrinkles feel like they have settled deeply horizontally for my age.

As you can see in the photo, I have distinct horizontal lines on my neck, so I feel self-conscious whenever I wear clothes with a low neckline. I tried diligently applying neck cream and taking care of it, but I found that home care simply couldn't fix the wrinkles that had already formed.

For neck wrinkles this deep, which is usually more effective, fillers or Botox?

Also, since I work, I am concerned that severe bruising or injection marks on my neck might make it difficult to go to work. I would be very grateful if you could let me know how many days the marks usually last after a procedure, what approximate cost I should expect, and recommend some procedures!
