A wide jawline when viewed from the front... Is the effect immediate if I get jaw Botox and InMode together?

Hello. I am under a lot of stress because every time I look in the mirror, the line of my jawline below my ears looks particularly blunt and wide. My weight is the same, but I feel like the skin around my lower face is constantly sagging, and I can also feel the square jaw muscles quite large and hard when I clench my molars.

I am looking into Maypure treatments because I want to properly refine my jawline to achieve a V-line.
